The line "Everything I ever

The line "Everything I ever wanted"
"All the cash...."
It should be "Everything I ever..."
He never finishes the line and that's reflected in the last song with the echoing voices singing (Everything you ever...)
Thanks

Also, the lyric is "Anarchy that I run" because although he wants the status quo changed, he wants control over it.

I really appreciate you taking the time to do all this. Are you going to post the last piece? Where Billy truly becomes Dr. Horrible when Penny dies.
"... Dr. Horrible is here
to make you quake with fear"
"...and I won't feel
a thing."

Your vs You're

Fire up your brain Remind you inside your rioting Society is slipping
I can buy "your rioting society is slipping"
What if it's:
Fire up your brain. Remind you, inside you're rioting. Society is slipping.
It's not society that's rioting. It's you. It's just hidden under the surface.
Minor, I realize. Just my two cents.
I like the 'you're' version

I like the 'you're' version better.
It fits better, makes more sense.
The under the surface thing. ^_^
Agreed

"You're" makes more sense here than "your", especially given the phrasing of the previous verse.
Sheep'll

To me this line was always the internet slang word "sheeple", meaning, quite literally, "sheep people". Usually used for people who cannot form their own political views. It could go either way, though.
Well, you're wrong. Sheep'll

Well, you're wrong.
Sheep'll refers to:
and if you read the previous lines text this supports it....
"Sheep Will"
Amazing how Sheep'll ( Sheep will) Show up for the slaughter.
Well, sort of.

Yes, yes, it's late to be responding to this (more than a year. Never mind.). The word was probably chosen deliberately such that it could be either - so that it would make sense if one hadn't heard of the word "sheeple" but have that extra layer of meaning if one had. After all, there's wordplay in Doctor Horrible already.
